This book is second in the series of the Hex Hall. We catch up with Sophie at the end of her first school year. She is still recovering from finding out she is a demon and her crush belonging to The Eye. After adjusting to her new bad ass reputation and making her all sorts of popular at Hex Hall, she is informed she is going to go to London spend the summer with her missing for most her life father. Cal and Jenna join her. As she learns to control her demon powers she begins to uncover deep secrets of her and her fathers past. The question is can they survive the secrests?
I adored this book even more then the second one. I love the sarcasm and random made up words that Sophie comes up with. She talks the way I do and it love it. I found my self laughing out loud at certain parts which caused my boyfriend to look at me funny when I tried to explain it why. It was nice to actually have a main character actually have a brain. She doesn't make stupid choices and tries to do the correct thing. Even when thing go to crap it isn't her fault.
I give this book a solid A. Now I have to wait till 2012 for the next one....
